Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order, anywhere in the US.

Every Fondly piece is engraved to order, so there are two stages:

Making it: 2-5 business days. Your handwriting is prepared and laser engraved.

Getting it to you: 3-6 business days once it ships. Tracking is emailed automatically.

Total: usually 5-11 business days from order to doorstep.

Holiday cutoff: order by Friday December 4 to arrive before December 25. If you order after the cutoff we will still make it, but we cannot promise it arrives in time. We would rather tell you honestly than have you find out on Christmas Eve.

If anything goes wrong in transit, email us and we will sort it out.
